We have a kitchen garden where we grow our own herbs and vegetables. During game season our head chef can be found out on Carleton Estate with the head game keeper to ensure we cook with the freshest ingredients possible & know where our produce comes from
We take pride in our home made, locally sourced menu and only ever use the best local suppliers including Lishman’s, Ramus & Bondgate.
We strive to cater for everyone at the Vaults. Vegetarians, coeliacs, dairy intolerant, vegans… we’ll always make sure you never leave hungry!
There are always treats behind the bar for your four legged, furry friends in case they want to sample what the Vaults has to offer!

We now have a number of weekday offers – in case you needed an excuse to go to the pub. We currently have Fish & Chip Tuesdays, Gin Thursdays and Happy Hours during the week!
We’re open for lunch from 12-2.30pm (3pm on Saturdays).
Dinner is served from 5.30-9pm Tuesday-Saturday
Sundays we serve food 12-6pm (Sunday roast 12-till it’s gone!)
We’re closed on Mondays except for Bank Holidays.
We also specialise in parties & weddings and upstairs we have a lovely large function room. Come in to have a look!
